Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy for ONLY NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, which means you NON-CUSTOMIZED items can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of an e-gift card/physical card.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.Â

All accessories/gift cards are considered final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary reasons and will not/cannot be resold.

Original shipping is non refundable if paid.

Items returned to us with staining, dog hair, smell or similar instances will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of purchase/delivery date.
- We are NOT responsible for washed items.

Refunds
Because most of our products are customized upon purchase request, all school customized items are NOT returnable nor eligible for refunds. Items can be deemed exchangeable IF unworn, unwashed, with tags provided AND another size in available for exchange. Merchandise credit is our only form of refund for our eligible products and will never expire. If your purchase is not customized and under category for full refund status we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent an e-giftcard/ physical card for future purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tenmilewoods@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 3 day window upon day of purchase/day of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
